Package says Delivered, where is it? At times delivery carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means your package could be marked as delivered even though it's still on it's way to you. We get it, very frustrating. But your package is likely to show up within the next 7 days of a false scan.Still Nothing? Contact the carrier - GrindLife has zero control over deliveries.
-Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (UPS or USPS)
-For UPS, submit a claim or call 1-866-742-5877
-Once claim has been submitted with a valid claim number, contact our customer support and they will assist with a refund.
How do I care for my products? Please reference the care instructions on product description or inside garment as some items may be dry clean only.
-Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. use gentle cycle.
-Do not iron on printed or embroidered areas.
-If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low. We recommend you lay flat and drip dry to preserve a long life.
What If I never received my package? GrindLife is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you feel your GrindLife package to be lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once claim is validated by carrier with claim number, GrindLife will issue a refund equal to the value of the amount of said package.
My tracking number says it is being returned to sender, can you re-ship my package? Any item returned to our location due to insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will NOT, under any circumstances, be re-shipped back to customer. This will be treated as a return for a full refund.
Can I return/exchange a sale item? We do NOT accept exchanges for sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I entered the wrong address, size or color, can this be changed? We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please be sure to enter the correct address, ensure your size and color are of preference before finalizing your order. Order errors will result in cancellation.
Are the T-shirts|Hoodies under mens section, unisex? Yes all men's tshirts & hoodies are unisex, women size down for a more fitted look.
How do the women's jumpsuits fit? Jumpsuits are true to size. XS(0-2) S(3-4) etc.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFO
RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, at this time we are NOT accepting returns for a cash refund. If you are not satisfied with order it can be returned (unworn, unwashed) for STORE CREDIT only, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES: are only available if the issue/damage was a mistake on behalf of the company, Please email customer service: email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, a return label will be emailed to you FREE of charge. Once we have received said item(s), fully examined, we will notify you via email (2-3 business days) of approval or denial. If approved, we will be happy to replace said damaged goods, missing goods, wrong or defected items.
If replacement is approved, we will replace product (subject to inventory) within 2-3 business days. If said replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
