Shipping
My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it.
Occasionally, carriers scan packages as delivered while they are still in transit. This is a common logistics delay, and your order typically arrives within 1–7 business days after a false scan.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after 7 days:

Please contact the carrier directly.

Use your tracking number to start a claim with USPS or UPS.

Once you receive a valid claim number, please email our support team. Our team will gladly assist with next steps, including a refund if the carrier confirms the loss.
Please note: Delivery issues must be resolved with the carrier first, as GrindLife does not have authority over third-party shipping operations.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
GrindLife is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered but are lost or stolen. If you believe this has occurred, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Once a claim is verified and a claim number is provided by the carrier, we will issue a refund equal to the value of the items in your order.
My package is being returned to sender. Can you reship it?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered at checkout, it will not be reshipped.
It will be processed as a return and refunded in full.
Can I update my address, size, or color after placing an order?
To uphold fast processing times, orders cannot be modified once they are submitted.
Orders placed with incorrect details will be cancelled.
Before checking out, please ensure your address, size selection, and color preference are correct.
Product Care
Please refer to the care instructions found on each product page or inside the garment. Many of our pieces are designed with premium materials and require mindful care.
General Care Guidelines:

Turn garment inside out before washing.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.

Avoid ironing printed or embroidered areas.

Tumble dry low or, for longevity, lay flat or hang to dry.
Sizing
Are the Men’s T-shirts and Hoodies unisex?
Yes — all men’s tees and hoodies are fully unisex.
Women should size down for a more fitted look.
How do the women’s jumpsuits fit?
Our jumpsuits are true to size:

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.
Items may be returned for store credit only, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only in the rare event of a GrindLife error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item).
To initiate an exchange:

Email contact@grindlife.co within 7 days of delivery.

A complimentary return label will be emailed to you.

Once the item is received and inspected (within 2–3 business days), you’ll receive an approval or denial notice.

If approved, your replacement will ship within 2–3 business days, subject to available inventory.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
