Pre-orders allow the GrindLife community to secure exclusive items before they officially release. These pieces are produced in limited quantities, crafted with upgraded materials, and aligned with our new Payday-to-Purpose collections.

Please review the guidelines below before placing a pre-order.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a reservation for a product that has not yet been manufactured or shipped.
When you place a pre-order, you are securing your size and color before the production run is complete.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
Pre-order purchases are non-refundable, unless GrindLife cancels the production.

Estimated Ship Windows

Each pre-order product list will display an estimated ship window (example: “Ships January 2026”).
Please note:

• These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

• Production or customs delays may extend shipping times.

• You will receive an update if timelines shift beyond 14 business days.

Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, edited, or refunded once placed, as production begins based on order volume.

Please ensure your size, color, and address are correct prior to checkout.

Combined Orders

If your cart contains both pre-order and in-stock items:

• They may ship separately depending on inventory availability.

• You will receive multiple tracking numbers if applicable.

Pre-Order Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange unless:

• You received the wrong item

• The item arrived damaged

In these rare cases, our standard exchange policy applies.

Color, Fabric & Fit Variations

Due to lighting, screen calibration, and the natural qualities of premium fabrics:

• Colors may vary slightly

• Fit may be refined slightly during final production

• Small variations are normal and part of limited production runs
